About Omnex

A factory built around the buyer.

Operators at Juki machines across the Omnex Apparel stitching unit, working on dark garment panels
2009Established
85,000Sq ft facility

Omnex Apparel began in 2009 with a single stitching hall and one conviction: that international brands deserve a manufacturing partner who communicates as precisely as it sews. Fifteen years on, that conviction shapes every floor of our facility.

We are vertically integrated across cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, washing and finishing — which means fewer hand-offs, tighter tolerances and delivery dates we can actually commit to. From a 300-piece capsule for a launching label to repeat programmes for established retailers, the same standard applies.

Mission

To manufacture apparel that meets the technical, ethical and commercial standards of the world’s most demanding buyers — consistently, transparently and on time.

Vision

To be the manufacturing partner international brands name first when they need quality without compromise and communication without friction.

Core Values

  • 01

    Precision

Specifications are contracts. Measurements are checked against the tech pack at every stage, not only at the end.

  • 02

    Transparency

Named account managers, weekly production reports and honest timelines — including when a date is at risk.

  • 03

    Integrity

Fair wages, safe floors and audited working conditions. We build garments we are willing to show buyers unannounced.

  • 04

    Partnership

We invest in the long programme, not the single order. Most of our volume comes from brands in their third year with us.

Fifteen years, one standard.

  • 2009

    Founded in Lahore

Operations begin with 40 machines and a first export order of basic jersey tees.

  • 2013

    In-house printing

Screen printing and embroidery brought under one roof, removing third-party lead time.

  • 2016

    First UK programme

Repeat private label production commences for a British high-street label.

  • 2019

    Vertical integration

Washing, finishing and a dedicated sampling studio added; capacity triples.

  • 2022

    Sustainability programme

Organic and recycled fabric lines introduced alongside a water-reduction initiative.

  • 2025

    15 export markets

Active programmes across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and the Middle East.

Manufacturing Process

Fifteen stages, nothing left to chance.

Every order moves through the same controlled sequence. You are told where your production stands at each stage — not only when it ships.

  1. 01

    Concept

We review your brief, references and commercial targets, then advise on construction, fabric and achievable pricing.

  2. 02

    Tech Pack Review

Every measurement, trim and tolerance is checked. Gaps are flagged before costing, not after sampling.

  3. 03

    Fabric Sourcing

Yarn and fabric sourced to your GSM, hand-feel and composition, with lab dips submitted for approval.

  4. 04

    Pattern Making

Digital patterns drafted and graded across your full size set by in-house pattern masters.

  5. 05

    Sampling

Fit, proto and pre-production samples produced in our dedicated sample studio and couriered worldwide.

  6. 06

    Approval

Written sign-off on fit, colour and print placement locks the specification before bulk begins.

  7. 07

    Cutting

Computerised marker planning and layered cutting for maximum yield and dimensional accuracy.

  8. 08

    Printing

Screen, DTF, DTG, puff, foil and sublimation applied in-house with cure testing on every run.

  9. 09

    Embroidery

Flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué digitised in-house and stitched on multi-head machines.

  10. 10

    Stitching

Dedicated lines per style, with roaming inline QC checking against the approved sample hourly.

  11. 11

    Washing

Enzyme, stone, silicone and garment dyeing — controlled for shade consistency across the lot.

  12. 12

    Finishing

Pressing, trimming, labelling and tagging to your exact presentation standard.

  13. 13

    Quality Inspection

AQL 2.5 final random inspection plus 100% needle detection on every carton.

  14. 14

    Packing

Polybagged, barcoded and cartoned to your packing list — retail-ready or FBA-compliant.

  15. 15

    Export

Full export documentation handled in-house, shipping by sea or air to your nominated port.

Our Commitment

Built on trust. Delivered on time.

We believe that a manufacturing partnership is only as strong as its transparency. We protect your brand, your designs, and your reputation.

  • 01

    Transparent Communication

No hidden delays. Direct lines to production managers so you always know the exact status of your order.

  • 02

    Ethical Compliance

Documented labour standards and fair wages. We welcome third-party social and technical audits at any time.

  • 03

    Strict Confidentiality

Ironclad NDAs. Your tech packs, patterns, and private label designs are fully protected and never repurposed.

  • 04

    Quality Accountability

Dedicated in-house QC teams at every production stage. Nothing ships until it passes rigorous final inspection.

Quality Assurance

Inspected three times before it leaves.

Quality is checked at cutting, inline during stitching and again at final random inspection to AQL 2.5. Reports travel with your shipment.

  • 01

    Needle Detection

Every carton passes a calibrated needle detector before sealing. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.

  • 02

    AQL Inspection

Final random inspection at AQL 2.5, with third-party inspection welcomed at any stage.

  • 03

    Shrink Test

Wash-and-dry testing on every fabric lot so graded measurements survive the first home wash.

  • 04

    Colour Fastness

Rubbing, washing and perspiration fastness tested against buyer-agreed grey scale ratings.

  • 05

    Measurement Check

Garments audited against the approved spec sheet at cutting, inline and final stages.

  • 06

    Packing Inspection

Barcodes, labels, ratios and carton marks verified against your packing list before dispatch.

Inspection Table — Final random inspection, AQL 2.5

“Third-party inspectors are welcome at any stage — announced or unannounced.”

We would rather you verified the work than took our word for it. Nominate your inspection agency and we will accommodate their schedule.

Sustainability

Manufacturing you can stand behind publicly.

Buyers are asked harder questions every season. We keep the answers documented — on labour, on waste, on energy and on materials.

  • Ethical Manufacturing

Fair wages, contracted hours and a documented no-child-labour policy. Our floors are open to unannounced buyer audits.

    Open-door audits
  • Waste Reduction

Computerised marker planning lifts fabric yield, and offcuts are routed to recycling partners rather than landfill.

    92% fabric yield
  • Energy Saving

Rooftop solar, LED conversion throughout and servo-motor machines that draw power only while stitching.

    Solar-assisted floors
  • Eco-Friendly Materials

Organic cotton, recycled polyester and low-impact dyeing available across most product categories.

The difference is the communication. We get a straight answer on timelines, including when something is at risk — which is rarer than it should be in this industry. Three seasons in, our delivery dates have held.

We came with a tech pack that had gaps in it. Omnex flagged every one of them before costing rather than surprising us at sampling. That single habit saved our launch.

Fit consistency across a full size run is the thing that makes or breaks kidswear returns. Their graded measurements come back inside tolerance, order after order.

We started at 300 pieces because that was all we could commit to. They treated it like a 30,000-piece order. We are now on our fourth repeat programme.
