Quality Assurance

Checked before you have to.

Defects caught on our floor cost us money. Defects caught in your warehouse cost you customers. That asymmetry is why our inspection runs harder than the standard requires.

Quality Assurance

Inspected three times before it leaves.

Quality is checked at cutting, inline during stitching and again at final random inspection to AQL 2.5. Reports travel with your shipment.

  • 01

    Needle Detection

Every carton passes a calibrated needle detector before sealing. Zero tolerance, no exceptions.

  • 02

    AQL Inspection

Final random inspection at AQL 2.5, with third-party inspection welcomed at any stage.

  • 03

    Shrink Test

Wash-and-dry testing on every fabric lot so graded measurements survive the first home wash.

  • 04

    Colour Fastness

Rubbing, washing and perspiration fastness tested against buyer-agreed grey scale ratings.

  • 05

    Measurement Check

Garments audited against the approved spec sheet at cutting, inline and final stages.

  • 06

    Packing Inspection

Barcodes, labels, ratios and carton marks verified against your packing list before dispatch.

Inspection Table — Final random inspection, AQL 2.5

“Third-party inspectors are welcome at any stage — announced or unannounced.”

We would rather you verified the work than took our word for it. Nominate your inspection agency and we will accommodate their schedule.

Manufacturing Process

Fifteen stages, nothing left to chance.

Every order moves through the same controlled sequence. You are told where your production stands at each stage — not only when it ships.

  1. 01

    Concept

We review your brief, references and commercial targets, then advise on construction, fabric and achievable pricing.

  2. 02

    Tech Pack Review

Every measurement, trim and tolerance is checked. Gaps are flagged before costing, not after sampling.

  3. 03

    Fabric Sourcing

Yarn and fabric sourced to your GSM, hand-feel and composition, with lab dips submitted for approval.

  4. 04

    Pattern Making

Digital patterns drafted and graded across your full size set by in-house pattern masters.

  5. 05

    Sampling

Fit, proto and pre-production samples produced in our dedicated sample studio and couriered worldwide.

  6. 06

    Approval

Written sign-off on fit, colour and print placement locks the specification before bulk begins.

  7. 07

    Cutting

Computerised marker planning and layered cutting for maximum yield and dimensional accuracy.

  8. 08

    Printing

Screen, DTF, DTG, puff, foil and sublimation applied in-house with cure testing on every run.

  9. 09

    Embroidery

Flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué digitised in-house and stitched on multi-head machines.

  10. 10

    Stitching

Dedicated lines per style, with roaming inline QC checking against the approved sample hourly.

  11. 11

    Washing

Enzyme, stone, silicone and garment dyeing — controlled for shade consistency across the lot.

  12. 12

    Finishing

Pressing, trimming, labelling and tagging to your exact presentation standard.

  13. 13

    Quality Inspection

AQL 2.5 final random inspection plus 100% needle detection on every carton.

  14. 14

    Packing

Polybagged, barcoded and cartoned to your packing list — retail-ready or FBA-compliant.

  15. 15

    Export

Full export documentation handled in-house, shipping by sea or air to your nominated port.
